Return & Refund Policy

At WattWise, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• You must have proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons if opened or used.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
